Hi my name is Joyce, I'm 65, mom of two adult children, grandma of two young adults and the great-grandma of one. I have been a health, wellness and fitness coach, healthy foods advocate, sales weight-loss consultant, skin and beauty care consultant for the past several years. I came across It Works!
