Chews4Health

Overview: Chews-4-Health is an all-natural, antioxidant packed, chewable dietary supplement. They are offered by Chews-4-Health International, a multilevel marketing company that sells chewable supplements.

Taste: Chews-4-Health have a good flavor and texture. The tablets have a sweet raspberry flavor and they lack the unwanted chalky texture that some chewables have.

Benefits: Chews-4-Health are whole food based and offer a huge dose of antioxidants. They taste good, and don’t require people to swallow a pill. The chews are all-natural, gluten free, dairy free and vegan. They contain no fillers, as well as no artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, or preservatives. The chews are easy and convenient as they don’t require any refrigeration or mixing.

Drawbacks: One drawback of the Chews-4-Health is that they cannot replace an everyday multi vitamin because it lacks essential vitamins and minerals. However, they do not claim to be a multi vitamin and simply state their purpose to be a dietary supplement.

Although Chews-4-Health’s claims have not been evaluated by the FDA, the company’s manufacturer has been rated “A” by the National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) Good Manufacturing Practices.

Active Ingredients: Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Resveratrol, Gogi Berry, Noni Powder, Mangosteen powder, Acai powder, Pomegranate powder, Blueberry powder, Cranberry powder, Raspberry powder, Nori, Dulse, Kelp, Bladderwrack
Nutrition facts: Calories- 10 Sugars- 2g Folic Acid- 600mcg (150%) Vitamin B-12-200mcg (3333%)
Amt per serving: 2 chews
Servings per container: 30
Price per container: $44.95, $1.50/serving

Is it worth the price: If you’re concerned with getting a healthy dose of antioxidants on a daily basis, we think Chews-4-Health is worth the price. At $44.95 per container with a month’s worth of chews inside, that works out to be about $1.50 per day. If you were determined to ingest similar levels of antioxidants each day from whole foods you would most likely spend a similar amount, if not more, and suffer a lack of convenience. For example, if you chose to drink a Super Fruit smoothie each day, you may spend 4 dollars per day at a juice joint. Or half your life shopping at WholeFoods for kelp and pomegranates.
